It’s rare these days to find a boutique that offers this level of personal touch.

I accidentally ordered a dress one size too small, but Oak and Harper sorted it out straight away. The exchange was handled so quickly and with no hassle at all — proper old-fashioned customer care, which you rarely find these days. The new size fits perfectly and the quality is just gorgeous. Really sad to see such a lovely boutique close, but I’m so grateful for the wonderful service right up until the very end.
