Garnish the cakes or pastries with whipped cream or meringue!
Prepare a rich whipped cream with at least 30% fat and vanilla sugar or opt for liquid cream, which you whip until very firm.
For a perfect meringue, separate the egg whites from the yolks. You will get a fluffy and firm foam by whipping the egg whites with sugar and a pinch of salt using a high-performance mixer. Add 60 grams of sugar for each egg white. To achieve a perfect shine, add a few drops of lemon juice.

To achieve a unique design, you can add synthetic or natural food coloring. Divide the cream or meringue into several bowls and add a different food color to each one, then put the mixture into the bag.

Put all colors in the bag without mixing them. Limit each color with an imaginary line. If the colors intertwine, don’t worry, the look will still be unique. Once all colors are in the bag, you can start decorating your favorite cake.
